1Fill out an enrollment form! You can either print one from the "Print Forms" menu to the left, OR call us at 806-687-4400 and we will fax you a form, OR stop by our office at 4747 S. Loop 289 in Lubbock! (A map for directions is located on the bottom right link)

2Choose the classes that you are ready to enroll in and the enrollment dates you would like to attend. Classes are Fridays and Saturdays from 9AM - 5PM and we begin a new session every month!

3You may either send, fax, or drop by payment. You will receive class materials right away or if you prefer your materials shipped to you, indicate on your enrollment form.
