Meet the Instructors
The Course Designers

Linda Clark is the Director of Operations and co-owner of West Texas Real Estate School, and an approved instructor for a variety of real estate courses. Linda has been a Texas licensed real estate broker since 1996 and has previously been licensed as a mortgage broker. She has operated an independent brokerage, Linda Clark Realtors, from 1996 to 2004 and a national franchise brokerage, Weichert Realtors-Linda Clark & Associates, from 2004 until 2007. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lubbock Christian University with a degree in Organizational Management. Linda is currently a student in the Texas Tech University School of Law.

Steve Clark, MBA is the Director of West Texas Real Estate School in Lubbock, Texas. He received his MBA from Pepperdine University and is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker. Having been in business for himself for over 36 years, Steve possesses a great deal of knowledge in owning, operating and managing our own business. Focused primarily on Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, Steve is currently practicing real estate in Lubbock, Texas.

Brandon Olson is an instructor with West Texas Real Estate School. Brandon has been active in real estate sales since 1997. Brandon is a licensed real estate broker in Texas and has previously been licensed as a Texas Mortgage Loan Officer. Brandon is a Lifetime member of the Texas Real Estate Teacher's Association and a certified Texas Real Estate Commission Mandatory Continuing Education Instructor. Brandon is currently practicing real estate in Lubbock, Texas.
