Courses taken in the traditional correspondence method are self-paced, self-study courses with no instructor interaction.

Courses are taken on your own time with no class time needed.

A textbook and study guide will be provided to the student. The student will answer the questions in the study guide and deliver them to West Texas Real Estate School for grading and correcting.

Once the study guide has been completed, the student may request a course final. The course final may be given at the Public Library, College testing center or by appointment at West Texas Real Estate School. Upon completion of the course final, Lubbock Christian University will issue a certificate of credit.

60 hour courses are $265.00 and 30 hours correspondence courses range between $165.00 and $195.00. A $16.00 shipping and handling charge will apply if materials are not picked-up at the West Texas Real Estate School.
